Myntra is India’s largest online fashion store…
People often think Myntra only sells Indian brands. So we created a fun promo campaign — we asked people to try speaking in the language of the brand’s country of origin (like French for MAC or Spanish for Mango). It was all done on WhatsApp, where people sent voice notes to our Myntra Chatbot. The more accurately they spoke, the bigger the discount they earned.

It got millions of people trying, and actually helped change the way people see Myntra — not just as an Indian platform, but a global fashion destination.
